These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of all services provided by SupplyzPro UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Leopoldstraße 62, 80802 Munich, Germany, and Supplyz Inventory SARL, 46 Rue Chedli Kallela, 1002 Tunis – Bab Bhar, Tunisia (collectively referred to as "SupplyzPro", "we", "our", or "us").

By registering, accessing, or using our website, ERP platform, or any related services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

• "Platform": The SupplyzPro ERP system, including web and mobile interfaces.
• "Client": Any individual or legal entity using the Platform.
• "User": Any person authorized by a Client to use the Platform.
• "Services": All tools, features, and products offered by SupplyzPro, including AI-powered modules.

2. Eligibility and Account Use

SupplyzPro is open to all users globally. However, we reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that do not have an active paid subscription ("Abo").

You must provide accurate, complete, and updated registration information and keep your account credentials secure.

3. Free Trial and Subscriptions

We offer a free trial version of our platform with limited access to AI features.

Paid plans provide full access to premium modules and AI-powered automation.

All subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected by the Client. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

4. AI Tools and Limitations

SupplyzPro integrates AI to provide recommendations, content generation, forecasting, and automation. These tools are based on probabilistic models and may not always be accurate.
