This Privacy Policy explains how SupplyzPro processes personal data when you visit our website, chat with DALI on WhatsApp, use our Platform or contact us.

1. Who is responsible

The controller is the SupplyzPro entity you deal with:

• SupplyzPro UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Stollbergstraße 22, 80539 Munich, Germany, HRB 308028: for our website, WhatsApp onboarding and all clients outside Tunisia and Morocco.
• Supplyz Inventory SARL, 46 Rue Chedly Kallala, 1002 Bab Bhar, Tunis, Tunisia, RNE identifiant unique 1818863S: for clients based in Tunisia.
• [SupplyzPro Morocco entity, Casablanca]: for clients based in Morocco, once incorporated.

2. What this policy covers

This policy covers data we process for our own purposes: website visits, WhatsApp conversations with DALI, sales and onboarding, user accounts, billing, support and marketing.

It does not cover the business data our clients store in SupplyzPro, such as their customers', suppliers' or employees' data. For that data, our client is the controller and we act as processor under our Data Processing Agreement. If you are a customer or employee of one of our clients, please contact that company directly.

3. Data we process, why, and on which legal basis

3.1 Website visits

• Data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, date and time, referrer.
• Purpose: deliver the website, ensure security, detect misuse.
• Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
